Debbie Roberts
Vice President
Debbie Roberts is responsible for consulting, planning, project management, sales promotion and operations support for Constellation clients world-wide. “Debbie provides considerable expertise to our clients, especially in the field of conferences, seminars and other private events,” according to Ed Jones, President of Constellation.
Roberts was formerly the president of North American Operations for The World Conference on Customer Management, known as the largest customer service/call center event in North America. Working with over 45 speakers, including Tom Peters and Dr. Stephen Covey, she was responsible for all of the planning, marketing, registration, conference management and financial performance of the large scale event.
Roberts brings considerable experience to Constellation, with 30 years of extensive management, direct marketing, and sales experience in marketing, publishing, call center management, customer service, and event management assignments. “Debbie is an expert at creating successful, profitable conferences from scratch. Conferences and other types of private, branded events are the hottest segments of the event marketing world today,” adds Jones.

Our entire practice is devoted to ensuring a positive return on a company’s investment in events,” Roberts says. Debbie is a resident of Lyman, S.C. She is the immediate past president of Upstate Visual Arts and volunteers her time to several non-profit organizations.
